From there, we'll start sourcing for the helpers based on your requirements.
After understanding your requirements, we will start the activation of sourcing from our end. Mainly to 3 parts:
First part: Qualifying of candidates that wish to apply under your employment base on your requirements. This is the part where most of the candidate are filtered.
The second part: Qualifying base on their employment history, personal background, family & spouse details (health & financial), Health conditions and even Singapore employment history. Here’s where candidates are drop due to complicated & unstable background.
The last part: Qualifying towards their characters & attitudes to see if they are fit to be employ as a foreign domestic worker under Tailormaid. Candidates that are arrogant, unreceptive, stubborn basically towards the unpleasant characters or behaviours will not meet the bar.
We will then proceed to propose the potential Tailormaid® (comes down to the best fit/match to your requirements) to you with their Bio-data/Proposal. Each proposal is explicit, provided with context to aid your decision making. It will be brutally honest even if it means jeopardising their chance of employment. We believes, transparency, best policy.
We'll then arrange an interview with the candidates who you deemed potentials. And infact, we insist your family membeers to joined into the interview too! The purpose is for both parties to understand each other better and see if there's a "connection".
Once you've decided to engage the candidate, we'll take care of all the mandatory compliance documentation.

If that happens, we’ll engage a professional counsellor to speak with them in their mother tongue and offer the support they need.

We’re here to lend a helping hand. And if the situation calls for a professional, we’ll make the necessary arrangements for you.
SIP is a mandatory 1-day orientation programme organised by the MOM for first-time Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs), to educate them on safety precautions and living in Singapore.
We’ll take care of the registration, documentation, booking, and even transportation. Simply put, we’ll handle everything for you.

If you have never been a caregiver before, you could become stressed or feel unprepared about taking care of your care recipient. There are many things you will need to consider, including important information and techniques on how to create a safe and supportive environment for your care recipient.
Typical subjects covered in such training may include:
Caregiver training can be conducted at the care recipient’s home or at training facilities. The training is usually conducted by a team comprising nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
If you have a family member who requires care, you may apply for the Caregivers Training Grant (CTG) which provides subsidies for your course fee.
Many of you probably do not know about this subsidy. If you’re getting a foreign domestic worker for your loved one(s) who’s 65 and above or has a disability, you’re eligible to a S$200 annual training grant.
This allows you to ensure the foreign domestic worker is well-equipped to take care of them, while lightening your financial load.

You work hard to support the family, and you need a little help taking care of your loved one. But hiring a foreign domestic worker poses some difficulty for you financially.
Well, this grant will come in handy. The HCG gives families S$200/month cash payout to support your loved ones with requires permanent assistance with three or more of the following activities as assessed by a doctor:

If you require the help of a foreign domestic worker to care for a loved one who requires permanent assistance with at least 1 or more daily living activities, you can apply for this levy concession.
The FDW Levy Concession lets families pay a monthly foreign domestic worker levy of just S$60, instead of S$300.
The levy concession for 1 FDW is granted based on 1 eligible person in the household. It is capped at 2 FDWs per household
Every foreign domestic worker requires a work permit to work in Singapore. We’ll handle the application; online or physical submission.
We’ll also help you with the renewal, replacement, and cancellation.
And as mentioned earlier, if your worker is away on home leave for more than 7 days, we’ll apply for a levy waiver on your behalf.
The mandatory medical examination is performed by a Singapore-registered medical professional. It includes infectious diseases (Tuberculosis and STDs) and pregnancies.

On our end, we’ll book the medical appointment and arrange the necessary transportation to give you peace of mind.
To ensure the safety of your worker, the purchase of Personal Accident and Medical Insurance is mandatory before she arrives in Singapore.
We’ll assist you with everything, and offer any help we can to ease the process.
As an employer, you need to place a security bond of S$5,000. It’s to ensure both you and your foreign domestic worker comply with the conditions of the Work Permit.
We’ll work closely with you and the worker to make sure all conditions are adhered to.
