1. House Call Consultation Service
We believe in face-to-face relationships—it’s more personal and genuine. Which is why we always make our way down to meet you wherever you are, for all our meet-ups. Even after office hours.
2. Tailormaid Services
Say you’re looking for someone to take care of your kids. What will you look out for? Nationality? Appearance? Years of experience? But have you considered that different countries have different methods of upbringing?
We have. That’s why not only do we train the foreign domestic worker based on your needs, but we also train her with local context.
Here’s how it goes: we’ll meet you to understand your needs. Then we’ll have a talk to potential candidates to align both your expectations, needs and wants. We'll also arrange for you to meet them after. And only when we find the right match, will we hire her.
3. Domestic Worker Lodging
There are certain circumstances where your foreign domestic worker has to be home alone for some time. When that happens, you can place them with us, where they will be provided with meals, educational activities, and even revision training.
1. Ad Hoc In-House Training
Every household is different—from appliances to furniture, family’s needs to the family’s pet peeves. That’s why we’ll design the training exactly to your household needs and have it conducted in your home.
Like your clothes to be folded a certain way? No problem. Want your favourite dish cooked your way? Consider it done. Or are you especially particular about the way your household items are arranged? Don’t worry, we’ve got it covered.
2. Counselling Therapy Sessions
We provide this service for both you and the foreign domestic worker.
Being miles away from home and loved ones can be tough. That’s why some domestic workers struggle with adjusting to life here.
If that happens, we’ll engage a professional counsellor to speak with them in their mother tongue and offer the support they need.
We understand that sometimes, family members can find it hard to adjust too.
We’re here to lend a helping hand. And if the situation calls for a professional, we’ll make the necessary arrangements for you.
3. Settling-In Programme (SIP)
SIP is a mandatory 1-day orientation programme organised by the MOM for first-time Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs), to educate them on safety precautions and living in Singapore.
We’ll take care of the registration, documentation, booking, and even transportation. Simply put, we’ll handle everything for you.
If you have never been a caregiver before, you could become stressed or feel unprepared about taking care of your care recipient. There are many things you will need to consider, including important information and techniques on how to create a safe and supportive environment for your care recipient.
Skills You Can Learn via Caregiver Training
Typical subjects covered in such training may include:
Personal care techniques, including proper bathing techniques and lift-and-carry technique
Recognising early warning signs of health issues and illnesses (such as dementia), how to check for basic vital signs and management of chronic illnesses.
Courses relating to specific diseases like Dementia and Stroke
Clinical skills like tube feeding, catheter care, and tracheostomy care
Courses on emotional coping: How to access and take advantage of local resources for both the caregiver and the care recipient
Maintaining one's health and wellbeing as a caregiver
Caregiver training can be conducted at the care recipient’s home or at training facilities. The training is usually conducted by a team comprising nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Many of you probably do not know about this subsidy. If you’re getting a foreign domestic worker for your loved one(s) who’s 65 and above or has a disability, you’re eligible to a S$200 annual training grant.
This allows you to ensure the foreign domestic worker is well-equipped to take care of them, while lightening your financial load.
We’re here to help you with the application process, and also advise you on which training programmes to apply for.
2. Home Caregiver Grant (HCG)
You work hard to support the family, and you need a little help taking care of your loved one. But hiring a foreign domestic worker poses some difficulty for you financially.
Well, this grant will come in handy. The HCG gives families S$200/month cash payout to support your loved ones with requires permanent assistance with three or more of the following activities as assessed by a doctor:

3. Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) Levy Concession
If you require the help of a foreign domestic worker to care for a loved one who requires permanent assistance with at least 1 or more daily living activities, you can apply for this levy concession.
The FDW Levy Concession lets families pay a monthly foreign domestic worker levy of just S$60, instead of S$300.
The levy concession for 1 FDW is granted based on 1 eligible person in the household. It is capped at 2 FDWs per household
1. Home Leave Application
The home leave application process varies from nationality to nationality. And it can get complex as some require the overseas employment certificate (OEC) and a temporary exit document.
Not to worry, we’ll take care of it. And if your worker is going away for more than 7 days, we’ll help you apply for levy waiver too.
2. Work Permit Matters
Every foreign domestic worker requires a work permit to work in Singapore. We’ll handle the application; online or physical submission.
We’ll also help you with the renewal, replacement, and cancellation.
And as mentioned earlier, if your worker is away on home leave for more than 7 days, we’ll apply for a levy waiver on your behalf.
3. Medical Check-Up
The mandatory medical examination is performed by a Singapore-registered medical professional. It includes infectious diseases (Tuberculosis and STDs) and pregnancies.
It’ll be done:
Upon your foreign domestic worker's arrival in Singapore
Every 6 months
On our end, we’ll book the medical appointment and arrange the necessary transportation to give you peace of mind.
4. Comprehensive Insurance Coverage + Security Bond
To ensure the safety of your worker, the purchase of Personal Accident and Medical Insurance is mandatory before she arrives in Singapore.
We’ll assist you with everything, and offer any help we can to ease the process.
As an employer, you need to place a security bond of S$5,000. It’s to ensure both you and your foreign domestic worker comply with the conditions of the Work Permit.
We’ll work closely with you and the worker to make sure all conditions are adhered to.
5. Passport Renewal
For passport renewal, a trip down to the relevant embassy is required. 6 months before the expiration, we’ll assist you with the process and see that you have prepared all necessary documents.
